Terms of Service
Our call-answering service and your business responsibilities.
About these terms
247PA is a trading name of Trusted Local Services Limited, Suite 215, 26 Cheering Lane, London, E20 1BD. These terms explain the general service framework for business customers. Your accepted quotation and written service agreement set out the specific commercial arrangements; any agreed specific terms take priority over this general overview.
What the service includes
UK-based call handlers answer diverted calls in your business name, record the caller’s name, telephone number and message, and email those details to your agreed address. Coverage can include all calls, busy periods or out-of-hours calls, with availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Service boundaries
The service is message-taking and email delivery. It does not include professional advice, appointment booking, emergency dispatch or decisions on behalf of your business. You remain responsible for checking messages, responding to callers and providing your own services. It must not be relied on as an emergency response service.
Prices and account arrangements
Starter starts from £49 per month, Business from £99 per month and Business Plus from £199 per month. Setup is free. Call allowances, final pricing, any additional usage charges, payment arrangements and cancellation terms are agreed individually in writing with your account manager. Sending an enquiry does not itself create a paid subscription.
Getting started
Setup and go-live are arranged within 72 hours once the required business details, agreed greeting and confirmed call-diversion arrangements are in place. You are responsible for supplying accurate instructions and ensuring your telephone service supports the agreed diversion settings. Your telephone provider may charge for diverted calls.
Your responsibilities
Keep your greeting, contact details and delivery email address up to date. Tell us promptly about changes to your requirements. Ensure you have appropriate authority and notices for the caller information processed through the service. Check your email delivery and spam settings, and notify us if messages are not arriving.
Availability and message accuracy
We will use reasonable care and skill in delivering the agreed service. Telephone networks, internet connections and email systems can affect availability and delivery. Messages depend on the information callers provide. If you identify an error or service issue, contact us promptly so it can be investigated.
Information and confidentiality
Caller information is used to provide the agreed message-taking service. Data-processing responsibilities and any additional handling requirements should be recorded in the service agreement. Our Privacy Notice explains the handling of our own website enquiries and business contact information.
Changes, cancellation and complaints
Contact your account manager to request changes or cancellation in accordance with your written agreement. No additional service or price change is agreed merely by submitting a website enquiry. For complaints, email [email protected] or call 0333 800 7247 and describe the issue and relevant dates.
Liability and governing law
Any agreed allocation or limitation of liability is set out in your written service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Unless your written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Last updated: 11 September 2026.
